Terms of Service
The sole receipt of this (Service Order) implies acceptance of the following conditions of the provision of the service.
The client's signature is a sign of acceptance of the entry status of their garments and the conditions of the service.
In the event that any specification, defect, or observation by the personnel in the Service Order has not been considered, the service will not be carried out until approval is obtained.
We are not responsible for garments that fade, poor quality zippers, buttons and decorations that do not withstand the washing or ironing process.
Our company reserves the right to process the garments according to the requirements indicated on the label, if it is not available, we rely on our experience to apply the corresponding service.
For garments that deteriorate due to time of use, visible and invisible fungi, wear of fabrics, defective construction, yellow stains, rust, moths, stains not perceptible to the eye at the time of receipt and that appear during the service process. , such as: residues of perfumes, deodorants, exudation, glues, enamels, wine, makeup, dairy products, moisture stains, stains from sunlight or artificial light, hair dyes, bleach, etc.
Garments with wear on the neck, elbows, cuffs and/or armpits due to use.
Garments such as suits and/or suits that contain an adhesive interlining tend to clump together after the washing process due to the poor quality of the manufacturer's use of material.
Ironing on fabrics with the following finishes may not remain exactly the same after the process: pleats, pleats, bobos, fantasy fabrics, sequins, etc.
In case of force majeure, the Laundry will not be responsible for non-delivery on the indicated date. (power outages, water, fires, earthquakes, etc.).
The client declares that he or she knows that this service is performed on used clothing.
Checking your garments at the time of collection is the responsibility of the client, the company will not be responsible after removal from our commercial premises.
The maximum period to file claims is up to 48 hours after the garments have been removed and have not been used, presenting the receipt, ticket and service order corresponding to the garment in question.
There will be no responsibility on the part of the Laundry, in the event that the garment does not have the corresponding cleaning recommendation label and/or it does not correspond to the type of service to be performed.
We are not responsible for money or valuables left in the garment.
The Laundry will be responsible in the case of total or partial loss and/or deterioration of the garment, reimbursing the client up to 50% of the “Real Value” of the garment, based on the time of acquisition according to the evidentiary document.
It is the client's responsibility to read the conditions and compensation policies of the service.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep their Reception Note and/or Service Order, since it is the only proof with which their clothes will be delivered. In the case of loss and/or theft, the Laundry is not responsible for the person and /or people who can collect the garments.
The Laundry reserves the right to provide home delivery service only in the areas where we perform our service and where the garments were received.
In garments made of materials such as: Leather, leatherette, laminated, rubberized, rips, acrylic fabrics, etc. The Laundry informs that they may suffer a risk of damage due to their composition and is not responsible for them.
The indemnified garment will remain in the possession of the Laundry.
In the case of theft or accident officially reported, the pieces, furs, duvets, blankets, etc.: Garments that have been deposited for more than 90 days and not removed by the user, will not be compensated.
The establishment is obliged to return the amount of the service, as long as the responsibility for the loss, deterioration or poor cleaning of the piece is attributable to the Laundry.
In cases of exceeding the collection time, the laundry is not obliged to return the advance payment for the service.
